Energy efficiency through the ages

The new generation of servers

In a world that is increasingly characterised by data and digital networking, energy efficiency in data centres is becoming a decisive factor. The growing demand for computing power and storage space is leading to a huge increase in electricity consumption.

According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), data centres consume around 1-2% of total electricity consumption worldwide.

In Germany, this is estimated to be 10 to 15 terawatt hours per year - a figure that not only pollutes the environment, but also drives up companies' operating costs.
But how can we counteract this trend?

We have developed a solution that combines energy efficiency, virtualisation, monitoring, cooling and cloud computing in the smallest possible space to create a product that can be used both in the data centre and on the move.
